Return Policy
Nationality Apparel is supported by Printify, a print-on-demand (PoD) company, which means all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means returns and exchanges are not supported for issues such as a customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Nationality Apparel and Printify offers a free replacement or a refund. To meet this requirement, contact Nationality Apparel at:

with an email titled ***DAMAGED PRODUCT*** so Nationality Apparel can assist the customer in contacting Printify within 30 days of product delivery to ensure refunds and replacements are handled correctly. A clear photo showing the issue with the original product must be included in the email.
Nationality Apparel must be contacted first and will provide an address where the items can be returned for all NON-DEFECTIVE items.
Please note: Nationality Apparel and Printify will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color or changed their mind. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund. For DTG (Direct to Garment) products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
FOR Nationality Apparel orders made through ETSY:
If you purchased Nationality Apparel products on Etsy, customers are protected by the Etsy’s Purchase Protection program. In situations where a customer’s expectations are not met and the seller is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours, Etsy will step in to provide support. Customers can receive a full refund for purchases that never arrive, arrive late, arrive damaged, or do not match the listing description.

FOR Nationality Apparel orders made through Walmart US:
Walmart’s US return policy covers nearly all items, including POD products. Customers have the option to return any product within 30 days, even if they’ve simply changed their mind.
Walmart Marketplace sellers are required to have a minimum return window of 30 days. .
