Refund policy

The items sold by Nationality Apparel are sold through Printify.  

Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means returns and exchanges are not supported for customers who order the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind. (*See note below)

In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact Printify within 30 days of product delivery. Customers can contact the Printify Team using the “Submit issue” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

To report an issue with your order

  1. Log in to your Printify account and navigate to the Orders tab.
  2. In the Printify orders tab, find the specific order that has the issue and click on it to open order details. Then click on the Submit issue below the affected product.
  3. Next, select the type of issue (tracking status, request refund, request reprint), and proceed to upload a photo of the product if required.

For an issue affecting multiple products using the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

*Please note Printify will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund. For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
